Large diameters and ring-shaped products
HOGEFA is specialized in the
turning and grinding of large diameters
and relatively thin ring-shaped parts which require very accurate roundness
and dimensional tolerances.
Our lathes can have Ø1300 mm and our cylinder grinding machines
up to Ø1000 mm with tolerances of 10 to 20µm.
Seamingrollers for oil-drums
Because of our special way of
hardening and our strict checking of the
profiles, we are today the worldwide leading company in manufacturing
seaming rollers for oil-drum closing.
Grinding of large surfaces
Our large surface grinding
machines are able to grind surfaces of up to
4,000 x 500 mm or up to Ø1,067 mm at high speed (power 72 kW).
We use these machines for single parts and large series.
Deep hole drilling
One of our specialisms is deep
hole drilling. We can produce cooling and
greasing channels or deep holes for measuring and regulating equipment in
virtually any material up to a depth of 1,000 mm
